The first carrot cake we’ve had,  AND . IT . WAS . A  BOOMER! This entry came on behalf of Virginia complements of Liam. Initially there was suspicion this was from a bakery however photographic evidence was supplied to prove otherwise. Points to note: Icing was described by one person “spectacular” and moisture levels were fantastic. Also call NASA because I think we may have stumbled on some kind of super food with amazing "fill you up" properties. All in all this was awarded an 8/10 our second highest score. Congratulations
