So far the only person to bring two varities of baking for the weekly desk bake challenge. Quality and quantity. That will be the new saying around here.

Although the oat and choclate cookie looks like a piece of the colonels' finest, it most certainly did not taste like it. Full size choclate buttons, soft on the inside, oaty goodness. Our first biscuit entry was a real winner.

Lemon cake with lemon icing. Presented in a old fashioned cake tin. Tom cut, plated and delivered a slice to all, really brining a service element to the competition.

I think a special thank-you needs to go out to his wife Nicki. There has been some talk on the desk about only entering baking you've baked yourself. Might be something we look at next round.
